GOOD TO KNOW
A few things you might be wondering.
Days worth keeping. That smile. Our little escape.
Do I need to upload my photos?
No. PhotoBasket’s face recognition and duplicate checks process your photos locally on your Windows computer. Your photos and facial feature data are not sent to our servers or to cloud services.
Will PhotoBasket delete photos automatically?
You review the results and choose the actions. Duplicate review helps you keep the copy you want before removing an extra copy. Copy, move, rename and delete actions can affect your original files, so the choice stays with you.
Can I correct a face group?
Yes. You can name and merge people groups, correct individual face matches, and leave unfamiliar faces in OTHERS. Recognition can make mistakes, particularly with blurred, partial or side-facing photos.
Can I use it without an internet connection?
Photo analysis, organization and review run locally. Installation, purchases, licence setup and updates may require an internet connection.
What does a perpetual licence mean?
Your Pro licence is a one-time purchase with no expiry date and no recurring subscription. Future PhotoBasket updates and new features are included at no extra charge. Final purchase terms will be confirmed before launch.
When can I download PhotoBasket?
The first public Windows release is being prepared. This page currently offers an interactive feature preview. We’ll add the official download link when the release is ready.
